Are part of the structure, sliding rails and plastic energy chain with a guide chute. The propulsion system consists of two transmission speed of the engine located at the bottom of the truck, drive is direct. The truck wash are two rotary heads TW300. On each of the head are three high-pressure nozzles. |
| Control and control panel
On this panel made the award of cleaning programs. Washing can be carried out both in the manual mode and automatic mode. |
Rotary cleaning heads are working through their own drive, which provides cold, or. pressure hot water. Operate on the principle of reaction water movement, which vystřikuje from nozzles and provides a rotary motion in an upright level and longitudinal axis. Movement speed rotary heads is dependent on the quantity and water pressure.
Body material is made of stainless steel, bronze and special plastic materials. The request can be made entirely from stainless steel design.
Rotary heads have wide application. Used eg for washing the inside of tanks and containers for cleaning of irregular shapes and surfaces, such as bodywork and chassis of vehicles, washing out the inside of the open bins and containers, small containers for washing, etc.
